High Water
Back Higher or Lower on where PAGU's market cap will be. Players can move that price by trading; read the limits first.
Not live Either its contract is not deployed on this chain, or the hook does not use it now. Figures below, if any, describe what exists, not something that is running.
What it is for
A market here is one question: will PAGU's market cap be higher or lower than a target at a set time? You back one side with ETH.
It is a game between its players. Nothing is paid in from outside.
How it works
Anyone can open a market by choosing a target and an end time and placing its first stake. All stakes are held by the contract until the end. Before entries close you can leave and take your stake back, less a fee.
The result is not one price at one instant. It is the average of the pool's price over a closing window, recorded on the chain as it happens. Entries close a little before that window begins.
What is at risk is the matched amount: the smaller of the two sides. How much of it moves from the losing side to the winning side depends on how far the result lands from the target: nothing if it lands exactly on it, all of it once it is far enough away. So a side can lose at most what the other side has staked, and a winning stake can at most double.
Each side of a market can hold only up to a fixed cap, shown beside this text.
If one side is empty at the end, or the result lands exactly on the target, the stakes come back without their entry fee. If the price record is still missing after the grace period, the stakes come back with it.
Where it stops
- Read this one twice. The price that settles a market comes from a pool the players can trade in. Someone with enough money can push it. Averaging makes that more expensive. It does not make it impossible.
- The hook itself buys PAGU with fees it has collected, and anyone can trigger a waiting purchase at a moment they choose. That moves the price up, never down, by about 1% at most each time.
- The project can pause new markets and new entries. It cannot pause exits, settlement or claims, and it cannot choose a result. A full side takes no more stake, so someone can fill a side and leave it just before entries close.
- You can lose your whole stake.

Before you rely on any of this
- The hook's code is fixed: it cannot be replaced, so a fault cannot be repaired. The fee-sharing programs and the token's name can change after the public delay.
- The token itself cannot be upgraded, minted or frozen. Only its name and ticker can change.
- The launch liquidity position is locked in a contract that can only add to it.
- No independent security audit has been completed.
- Nothing here is investment advice. You can lose everything you put in.
